Q. WHATS THE PROCESS FOR ORDERING A COMMISSIONED ILLUSTRATION?

STEP 1 – FILL OUT THE FORM UNDER “CONTACT US”
I will need a clear reference photo along with a description of your vision, colour palette, theme and any references or inspiration you would like to include.

STEP 2 – CONFIRM THE BRIEF – RECEIVE A QUOTE – MAKE A DEPOSIT
Once I have received your form I will email you to confirm the brief. I will then send you a quote and will require a 50% deposit upfront to proceed.

STEP 3 – ALL SYSTEMS GO
Once the deposit has been received I will contact you within 24 hours and send you the appropriate information to begin.

Q. HOW DO I RECEIVE MY ARTWORK?

Once the artwork is complete I will provide final digital files (jpegs and PDFs). 

Q. DO YOU OFFER PRINTING

I don’t usually handle printing because we all have such diverse taste, but can on request and for a fee. I will advice you on suggestions for paper stock to match your event /occasion. Recommendations for printers are available on request.

Q. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE UNTIL I RECEIVE MY CUSTOM ILLUSTRATION?

I will send you a first draft 1 week after your brief has been approved. You will then need to sign off on this for me proceed. Final artwork will be 1 – 2 weeks. Please note you will have two rounds of revisions and after this a fee of $20 applies for each change.
