I hired Miranda to do our wedding invitations and a portrait of us. We loved the way she worked, asking us all about our relationship history and turning our memories into beautiful one of a kind art for our wedding. We loved the invite so much we had the art used to make bags, umbrellas, shirts and hats for all our guests on arrival. We also used the crest on the napkins and coasters which was such a nice touch. Having our own crest and wedding art used throughout our special weekend made such a difference. Since our wedding, we have turned the invite design into our own custom husband and wife stationery. We use it all the time and it was perfect to write out all our wedding thank you cards on. I couldn't have asked for a better way to start our marriage, and we will have and love this custom art forever.

We had Miranda make our wedding invitation - she truly captured our love story. Miranda began by asking a few questions about ourselves and then some about our relationship, she totally got us- our style, what we wanted, and who we were, Miranda turned our relationship history into this elegant and romantic artwork. She used secret visuals throughout representing everything from our first conversation (about our obsession with Nike sneakers), to meeting in New York (see the apples and iconic buildings), to our first trip together (Safari-Zebras), to the pub we meet at (seahorse logo of pub on the crest). She also made it about us individually too - the crest showcases us as animals - I am a fashion blogger and my site is called Show Ponies- therefore I am the pony, my husband coaches a basketball team and the team mascot is a Lion - so he is the Lion. Miranda made our love story so beautiful and it is a treasured artwork we will love forever.

I commissioned Miranda do an illustration of my husband and I after we first got married. When I first saw the art I instantly recognised us. It was fun and abstract - and really looked like my husband and I. We loved it so much that a year later when I was pregnant we arranged for Miranda to edit the illustration to include the newest member of our family and also to become our Christmas card. We got so many compliments about the card and it was a fun way to introduce our baby girl to the world. It was great to have an artwork done that we could use in so many fun, different ways:)

Miranda illustrated a very memorable moment for us - the first time we met. Our story was that we met out the front of our neighbouring apartment buildings, in the middle of the night, in nearly matching pajamas, both with a drink in hand, whilst taking our (very similar) dogs out. We looked at each other, burst into laughter due to the whole situation - and have been together even since.
My husband absolutely LOVED this gift! The art is so special to both of us. It hangs right as you walk into our house through the front door. It captures us, our dogs and that moment in our lives so perfectly and all of our visitors always comment on how amazing and unique it is. We’ll have to commission an updated version with the two kiddos once the second one arrives.
